Small business owners and career women are often left wondering what to do and who they can turn to when things fall apart at work. This interactive session will give strategies and techniques that can help pick up the pieces.

HEALTHY YOU, HEALTHY BUSINESS Three local business women, working in fields that can help people deal with the stresses of being in business, will each give a short presentation about how different activities such as Yoga for Round Bodies, Poetry, Chi Kung breathes, and telling your skin story can lead to increased health.

This is your opportunity to enjoy an evening out mingling in the Belleville Senators Fan Zone with business people from throughout the Bay of Quinte region.

Following a brief panel overview, you will then engage in a round-table discussion focused on your current situation with an additional opportunity to meet with other service providers and experts who can help with your particular challenges at whatever stage your business is in.

A look at the impact of cannabis in the workplace from a Human Resources perspective.
