e-Merge Real Estate was founded in 2012 by Ric Devore, Molly Johnson, and Julie Devore with the idea of creating a different kind of real estate company, using technology to create a better client experience and a more streamlined document system for agents.

e-Merge Commercial Real Estate is a division of e-Merge Real Estate, which was founded in 2012 by Ric DeVore, Julie DeVore, and Molly Johnson, who have over 40 years of combined real estate knowledge. Under their management, e-Merge Real Estate grew from 10 agents at its inception, to over 100 agents as of June 2015.

The Commercial Division is headed by Shawn Radi. Shawn came to e-Merge with several years of commercial representation and sales and is helping to shape this division to be the leading provider of commercial real estate brokerage and property management services in the Columbus area.

Bio

Shawn Radi - Director of Commercial Services

Shawn comes to e-Merge Real Estate with over 12 years of diverse real estate knowledge, specializing in the sale and lease of multifamily and residential properties, and commercial complexes around central Ohio.

Shawn began his real estate career in 2003, when he opened his own property management company in Columbus, Ohio. His focus was to offer clean and affordable units to lower income families while building the number of units he managed. He still maintains an excellent record of customer service for the property owners with which he works.

In 2005, Shawn became a licensed Realtor with Real Living HER in Lancaster, OH. After many years of residential sales, Shawn turned his emphasis back to his first passion, commercial real estate. In 2012, Shawn joined the prestigious commercial firm of Equity, Inc., where he sharpened his knowledge and gained experience.

Shawn is a 1999 graduate of Columbus State Community College with Associate’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement, a 2005 graduate of Hondros College, and is currently in his final year at Franklin University, where he will graduate with two Bachelor’s Degrees; one will be in Business Administration and the other will be in Business Forensics.

Shawn is active in his community, spending time volunteering with the Special Olympics and Children’s Dyslexia Centers, Inc.

Bio

Mike Hicks - Investment Specialist

Mike brings a multitude of talents and experience to e-Merge Commercial Real Estate. Mike’s background includes being awarded the top producer 2 million dollar club at BIA while working in the New Home Industry, being a leader in the Title Insurance field as Sales Developer and Closing Agent, a Modular Home Builder and Developer, and for the last 6 years an investment and sales counselor in the Commercial Real Estate arena.

Mike has a B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and a Commission from The Marine Corps University, Quantico, Virginia. Mike has 3 daughters and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Mike’s Interests include volunteering at Special Olympic events. Working with Youth Basketball and Football Groups. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and golf.
