Every year the Queen hosts three parties at Buckingham Palace and one in Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh. These events are designed to recognise and reward public service.
We were lucky enough to be invited to the 21 May 2019 event, where the Queen, and Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (William and Kate) were in attendance.
Thousands of people attend, and while you don't necessarily meet Royalty, there's plenty of interesting people to chat to, the food is fabulous and you can wander the palace grounds in central London 💕
