I was born in Wheat Ridge and raised in Golden for 20 years in a beautiful home with a family of four. I have an older brother and currently raising a fur baby named Jackson. Although I've grown up in Colorado, I've only been skiing 3 times. I do enjoy skiing, but the main issue is finding the time to go. I enjoy other outdoor activities in the summer that consist of camping, boating, fishing, and hiking.
I transferred back and forth between two high schools. I started as a Freshman at Faith Christian Academy and played my 3rd season of softball. From Faith, I transferred to Golden High School for a year. I took a season off and then resumed playing my Junior year at Faith. I graduated Faith in 2015. I chose Red Rocks as my college mainly because of the location and so that I could save money. I am currently going for my B.S. in Business Management.
I love the beach as much as I love the mountains. Fortunately, I am an Oakland Raiders fan. Every year, my family and I try to make it to the first home game of the season. We have to visit the beach too, of course. I took the Raiders stadium picture above, when we flew out in 2013 and beat the Jaguars 19-09. As a graduation present, my parents surprised me with a trip to Belize, Mexico and Honduras on a cruise, where I spent a few days with my toes in white sand and clear water. The picture of the San Francisco Bay Bridge was taken recently in September. My dream is to move to a place with a beach near. Regardless, I hope to continue our tradition of taking a trip to California, even if the Raiders move to Las Vegas.
I hope you enjoyed getting to know a little about me and my personal interests. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and learning more about Macroeconomics.
