NCU Road Show, 12 April to 14 April 2016
Each year, NCU organizes a University roadshow to travel through Taiwan in 3 locations - Taipei (North), Taichung (Central) and Kaohsiung (South) to recruit more universities to teach SAP to their students. NCU invited SAP UA to the roadshows in 3 locations to promote SAP UA membership program to universities in Taiwan.
- A total of 40 professors from 18 Universities participated at the roadshows in 3 locations in Taiwan
The first event that was assigned to me was to understand what's the SAP UA membership program, and shared with the professors from each university in Taiwan. This event taught me a lot about how to precisely present the services we can offer and how to successfully cooperate with the professors by understanding and satisfying their requirements.

I planned the schedule with my colleagues around the world and try to find one or two solutions which can meet our requirements for the conference. In additional, I also be an executor to make sure everything goes smoothly according to our plan. Finally, we make the conference a huge success thanks to the best team of the world, SAP UA APJ team! This event gave me the opportunity to organize and create an event from start to finish.
Another initiative I worked on was to engage with the professors attended PACIS 2016 to promote SAP UA Innovation Network and introduce how the SAP Next-Gen Consulting Labs work to inspire students in the IT field. This event is the first conference I attend. It's a wonderful experience to expose myself in a space fulfilled with latest IT technologies and learning technical expertise from the professors and researchers. Special thanks to Mr. Crispian and Ms. Jenny gave me this opportunity to broaden my horizons.
