#NCAAMGym Week 10 Power Rankings Week 11 Marks The End Of The Regular Season For Most

Every week we release a "Power Rankings" which aim to provide a fluid picture of how each team across the NCAA is doing at the moment. The idea is to try not to focus too much on scores and more on the current state of the team. The + or - next to a team's name represents how much they moved up (+) or down (-) since the previous week's PR.

1. Oklahoma Sooners (-)

It's really scary to think that we've only seen Yul Moldauer compete all-around once this season in NCAA competition. With Hunter Justus possibly coming back on SR, Oklahoma has probably yet to hit their peak (other than the ridiculous 429 earlier this year, obviously). The Sooners are cruising with one regular season meet remaining.

Next Meet: @Ohio State on March 23rd

2. Minnesota Golden Gophers (+3)

If Minnesota's SR was stronger we might be talking about them being a serious threat to Oklahoma. After last weekend's 411.15 there's no doubt this team has what it takes to raise a B1G trophy and make noise at NCAA's. Shane Wiskus has been everything the Gophers could've hoped for and a little bit more.

Next Meet: @Nebraska vs. NEB & Iowa on March 24th

3. Stanford Cardinal (-1)

Stanford did not compete in week 10 but moved down one spot in the rankings.

Next Meet: @MPSF Championships on April 7th

4. Nebraska Cornhuskers (-1)

Nebraska has just two losses on their resume this year and both came on the same night to Oklahoma & Stanford. Other than that, their closest meet was a 2.4-point win at Ohio State on March 3rd. As long as they do their usual thing on FX & VT and limit big mistakes on other events, the Huskers can compete with just about anyone.

Next Meet: Home vs. Minnesota & Iowa on March 24th

5. Michigan Wolverines (+1)

In the two meets since bottoming out against Illinois, Michigan has looked like a new team. In last weekend's win over Navy and William & Mary, over half the counting routines (16/30) came from underclassmen, so there's plenty of future optimism. The Wolverines are hopeful McCallum will be a full-go on everything by NCAA's (and possibly compete VT @ B1G's), which would create even more present-day optimism as well.

Next Meet: Home vs. Penn State on March 24th

6. Ohio State Buckeyes (+1)

Ohio State didn't compete in week 10 but moved up one spot in the rankings.

Next Meet: Home vs. Oklahoma on March 23rd

7. Illinois Fighting Illini (-3)

Losing Bobby Baker to an ankle injury is devastating for the Illini. In the last two meets he had competed in, he accounted for impact differences of 6.65 & 7.8. The next closest gymnast for Illinois during those two meets were 3.55 & 3.15. There's hope they could get him back on events like PB & HB with watered-down dismounts, though he can be virtually ruled out for the season on FX & VT.

Next Meet: @B1G Championships on April 6th

8. Iowa Hawkeyes (-)

Iowa did not compete in week 10 and didn't move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @Nebraska vs. NEB & Minnesota on March 24th

9. Penn State Nittany Lions (-)

I think it bears reminding that Penn State has dealt with injuries just about as much, if not more, than any other team. Regardless, they've still been able to put up scores of 401+ for two straight weeks. Guys like Brennan Pantazis & Chris Sands have done a really nice job of stepping up for the Nittany Lions.

Next Meet: @Michigan on March 24th

10. Navy Midshipmen (+1)

In their final regular season meet of the year, Navy gave Michigan a heck of a fight. Their crop of freshmen has been great all season and last weekend was no exception. The Mids head into postseason with a great chance of taking home some hardware.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th

11. Air Force Falcons (+1)

Air Force did not compete in week 10 but moved up one spot in the rankings.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th

12. Cal Golden Bears (-2)

In comparison to the results they got at Oklahoma, it wasn't a great trip to Minnesota for Cal. They posted their lowest scores of the season on FX, VT & PB, which are actually three of their highest-rankings events. Yordan Aleksandrov still looks great; he ranks top-14 in the NCAA on both PB & HB.

Next Meet: Home vs. Arizona State & Washington on March 24th

13. Arizona State Sun Devils (-)

Arizona State did not compete in week 10 and didn't move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @Cal-Berkeley vs. Cal & Washington on March 24th

14. Army Black Knights (+1)

Army competed to their third highest score of the season in a win against Springfield last weekend. Cole Casanova & Nathan Goff make up a solid 1-2 punch for Army that will need to be clicking to give them a shot in the postseason.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th

15. William & Mary Tribe (-1)

Consistency has been the issue for William & Mary in 2018 and I suppose that might've been expected after losing an important senior class. They've can really score anywhere from the 378 they had to start the season and the near-399 posted in mid-March against Army. A good postseason day should have them right around 390.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th

16. Springfield Pride (-)

Springfield ended their regular season with a 387.0 -- the highest score they've seen in a month. Coming off his eighth all-around performance of the year, Stephen Lewis leads the Pride into the postseason.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th

17. Washington Huskies (-)

Washington did not compete in week 10 and didn't move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @California vs. Cal & Arizona State on March 24th

18. UIC Flames (-)

UIC did not compete in week 10 and didn't move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @Michigan on March 31st

19. Temple Owls (-)

Temple did not compete in week 10 and didn't move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th

20. SC United (-)

SC United did not compete in week 10 and didn't move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @USAG Nationals on March 30th
