Eating vegetables is associated with improved health and a lower risk of diabetes, cancer, and more. Did you know there is 2 types of diabetes? Well in fact their it!! Eating healthy makes you in good shape also.
Each year there are 14 million people that know they have cancer, but 8 million people die from the disease. This year there was 564,800 people that are expected to die. More then 1,500 a day.
Exercising the one of the most important part of keeping your body healthy. It makes you lose weight and keeps you on track. It prevents from high sugar (diabetes).
Heart disease blocks your blood vessels that can lead you to heart disease, stroke, and chest pain. It can lead to death. It is risk of death in America.
