In the 16th century there was ports were businesses set up to sell there goods so when visitors come in or ships people can buy them right there first and cargo ships can easily pick cargo up. At the port they would mostly trade cloth and tea also clothing there. People would come to these ports just for these reasons.

There are very successful people in the world but they didn't do it all by themselves. They took loans from people to make a huge company in the future. There business and net worth are more than 20 billion. They also had to use other minds to make amazing things.

Leading a company is not an easy job and is very stressful and time consuming to do. While working as an engineer for the Edison Illuminating Company in Detroit, Henry Ford built his first gasoline-powered horseless carriage. One day in a shed behind his home and established it as Ford Motor Company. Henry Ford was really against labor unions, and people were demanding for a new way of transportation.

People wanna create businesses every day and or have a new idea for one. Exxon-Mobil is a gas company and won the 2008 with the most profitable business in the U.S., Also with there gas it was a lot cheaper than other gas companies. This all started with one entrepreneur that wanted to make a business. Also Walmart one of the most popular stores and they keep expanding and putting more in the world.
