The venue has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher electric stove/oven and microwave, a spacious living room with a fire place, two toilets, a bathroom, two saunas (one wood-heated sauna on the lake and one electric sauna in the main building). There is also a small chill out area on the lower floor. There is a big garden where kids can enjoy running around, a grilling place, an outside terrace, a rowing boat, a Canadian canoe. Free 4g internet and parking for 3-4 vehicles is included.
The Pajaranta house is located about 320 km from Helsinki on the shore of Lake Saimaa, 55 km from Imatra. the house can host 4 people (in bedrooms) and 4 more people on sofa beds in the living room.

The house has a small dock for small and middle-sized boats.
