Christmas in England how is it celebrated

Christmas in England is celebrate very similar to the way people in California celebrate. For example, they have a Christmas tree and they usually decorate it with their families. As usual, people in California decorate with ornaments and colorful lights. In England they also have accessories which are Holly, Ivy, and even Mistletoe. They decorate it around there house and even in buildings that people walk in and out of everyday. Something different about England is that villages, towns and cities decorated there houses with lights but only on Christmas and only famous people my turn the lights on and off. The England celebration is very similar to children because they believe in Father Christmas and sometimes they leave Mince Pies for him. Thank you for reading my summary - Mariah
