Any idea who this is? Most people who know a little bit about NBA basketball know the name Kevin Garnett. He is a famous basketball player who played for 21 seasons in the NBA. Kevin Garnett retired from his basketball career just last year in 2016.

Kevin Garnett was a good basketball player in high school. He went to two different high schools. He transferred to Farragut Career Academy because he he was accused of being involved in a fight over racial issues. At his new school he led his team to a 28-2 season Championship. He was named National High School Player of the year by USA Today, McDonalds All-American, and awarded Mr. Basketball of Illinois. After high school he was drafted to the NBA Minnesota Timberwolves. KG was one of the few NBA players to be drafted right out of high school.

KG was well known for playing on the Minnesota Timber wolves for __12___ years. He was then transfer to the Celtics and played for them for a _____. After that he went back to the wolves. that was his career.

KG retired from his NBA basketball career in 2016. He was offered a job as a coach at his old high school. He has also been offered an announcing position. He has not yet said what he plans to do, but its safe to assume he will not go to far from the basketball world.

Kevin Garnett was a very talented basketball player from high school all the way to his final days in the NBA. He is still waiting to decied what to do in his retirement days. KG will always be rememberd as a part of the wolf pack.
