The role of the Solutions Specialist:
· Provide Knowledge: Strategic support to the sales process in closing large scale digital marketing opportunities for both Account Executives and Partners, providing technical guidance as well as business knowledge, industry trends, best practices and competitor analysis.
· Strategic Assessment: Using Adobe sales methodology, assist sales executives in qualifying opportunities from solutions standpoint.
· Business and Solution Advisor: Be viewed by our customers as advisors of Adobe’s technologies, identifying their business challenges and requirements, then providing the best solution that will add value to their businesses.
· At least four years of digital marketing experience.
· Expertise in Web Analytics, Conversion and Optimization solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing solutions, including analytics, search engines, e-mail marketing, affiliates and CRM.
· In-depth knowledge of marketing retargeting strategies.
· Understanding of HTML and web protocols.
· Must be accountable, self-managed, responsive and committed to customer success.
· Business Oriented.
· Ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
· Exceptional presentation/communication skills and client-facing experience.
· Advanced/Fluent English.
· Spanish is a plus.
