Before the site was built we needed an effective way to sell the idea to The College's leadership teams so I put together this promo:

After a successful launch & positive feedback we moved into customized versions for current educational partners. I was the lead in vetting our development vendor.

Bring The American College's online presence into the modern era (2010) and make it not “your grandfather’s Oldsmobile”

Redesigned from the ground up (old home page)

Worked with customer service reps to understand users’ pain points - hard to find educational programs

Completely overhauled IA based on feedback from CSR’s

  • Worked with Academics, Advancement & all other departments to update and overhaul their sections of the site
  • Oversaw and hired 5 design temps for content migration
  • Mapped over 500 301’s to maintain SEO
  • Lead onsite training for all departments for new content locations
