Vote No on Prop 63 protect your 2nd Amendment rights! By aaron white

Voting yes on prop 63 will not do anything to prevent criminals from getting guns. If Prop 63 passes, it will just make it harder for law abiding citizens to buy ammunition. It will also make law abiding citizens criminals for owning certain gun magazines and ammunition. This is against our Constitutional Rights!

Prop 63 will cost Californian's millions of dollars in court costs, not to mention the cost of having probation and police officers enforcing this unnecessary law. This money can be better spent somewhere else such as gun safety education, the training and hiring of police officers and getting criminals off the streets.

Proposition 63 is an unnecessary law. We already have strong federal and state gun laws, we don't need more laws restricting legal gun owners. Restricting the sell and ownership of certain ammunition would make some legally owned guns useless.

Join me and many Law Enforcement associations such as the California State Sheriffs’ Association, California Correctional Peace Officers Association, California Fish & Game Wardens’ Association, and the California Police Chiefs Association in opposing Prop 63.
