THE ADVANCED JOB PLACEMENT APP
It’s through our custom enterprise software the we strive to build trust and transparency with both our clients and vendor partners. Our job development courses are now available remotely to all our clients via our mobile first web application. The application allows our specialized job placement staff to build out custom training courses and lessons for our clients to complete online and even on their mobile devices. The application allows our staff to have real time client data and reporting to share with our vendor partners, creating full transparency of clients needs, training and job placement progress.
Reports and invoices can be customized to our vendors requirements on request.

We are a local business that aims to make a social impact. We strive to normalize the practice of people with disabilities working in lucrative, productive, and stable jobs in the community. Different from many for-profit and non-profit organizations, Vantage Point Solutions have staff members that are educated, competitively paid, and trained in the profession of Job Development. We are partnered with internationally acclaimed speaker, trainer and author, Denise Bisonette, to create training programs for all our staff. We build strong relationships with local companies, big and small, to gain opportunities otherwise not available for our clients.
At Vantage Point, we take the time to get to thoroughly know our clients and build rapport. It is crucial for us to understand where they came from, where they are now, and where they want to be. Understanding their strengths, passions, and hobbies enables us to guide them toward positions in which their strengths and interests coincide. Our clients participate in our comprehensive program designed to guide them to what they truly want, a job that allows them to be included in their community, feel a sense of purpose, and most importantly, to know they can support themselves.
We are committed to teaching our clients the fundamental skills of how to be valuable employees to facilitate the success of job retention. We provide support throughout the entire process, teaching them fundamental skills necessary in building confidence and success. We offer our clients support on the job to advocate for them and ensure they feel supported in their new endeavor. We facilitate on-the-job coaching to better equip our clients for long-term placement and retention. For those exploring career paths, we provide a Trial Work Experience Program that offers individuals the opportunity to try out different positions in offices, warehouses, and retail environments. This allows our clients to determine what they like doing while expanding their skill sets and enables us to assess the clients’ strengths and areas for growth. Lastly, we offer a Paid Student Work Experience Program that permits students ages 16-21 (must be attending high school or college) to gain hands-on work experience through paid internships.
The most notable difference between Vantage Point Solutions and other vendors providing vocational services, is our focus on assisting a population that is high functioning and desires work that meets their passions and skill levels. Our strong business ties include a variety of companies, ranging from Thermo Scientific, Starbucks, ViaSat, City of Carlsbad, Broken Token, City of Oceanside, Hospices, Neighborhood Healthcare, and many more. Vantage Point commits to an experience for our clients that will teach and transfer the fundamental skills for them to be successful in attaining and retaining meaningful employment.
