BASD Students and Families are welcome at the Bethlehem Health Bureau Clinic. Vaccine Clinics have been announced for BASD students 12 years and older on Saturday (5/15) and Thursday (5/20) at Wind Creek Event Center.

Freedom High School offers a free preschool programs for parents who live in the Bethlehem Area School District. The program has a few open spots that it would like to fill. It runs Tuesday through Friday from 9:15-12:15. Liberty High School Daily Announcements



BASD mini-THON is a dance marathon that both Liberty and Freedom take part in. Throughout the year schools try to raise money for children with pediatric cancer through the Four Diamonds Fund. The students raise money through donor drives. All donations are much appreciated. Scan the QR code below with your phone camera to donate to our event this year!

City of Bethlehem App

Mayor Bob Donchez announced the availability of the new My Bethlehem PA App. “The My Bethlehem PA App provides access to information regarding COVID-19, Lehigh County and Northampton County Crisis Intervention, Parking, the Bethlehem Service Center to register or report a problem and information for those visiting our wonderful City, to name a few” Donchez said. All you need to do to download the app on your Apple or Android phone is go to the App Store, type in My Bethlehem PA, and download it. There is no fee to download the App.

East Hills Middle School's production of Matilda The Musical will be shown on the big screen at Becky's Drive In on May 5th and May 6th at 8:15pm. Tickets are $25 per car and can be purchased in advance by filling out the ticket order form, attaching a check made out to EHTC (or cash in an envelope) and sending it in to Mrs. Remaly at East Hills Middle School in room 135. Bethlehem Umpires Association (BUA) is actively taking applications for baseball umpires! Whether you are an experienced umpire, or looking to break into the game as a rookie, we have the appropriate level for you.

We offer a competitive level of play for all levels of experience and the opportunity to umpire throughout the greater Lehigh Valley area. Our organization officiates over 1500+ games for Little League, Travel Teams, Connie Mack, Youth Legion, and LVMSBL (Men’s League’s) from April until November. Our season was impacted with the COVID delay to the start of baseball but we still officiated over 800 games from July to November.

Take your passion for sports and turn it into a part time avocation that will enable you to give back to the community. We accept members starting at 16 and offer education, training and mentorships to improve your skills and obtain higher level games as you gain more experience.

If you are an experienced umpire and you would like to try to get involved in a group we would love to hear from you.
