1. This year I am going to sacrifice candy, sweets, soda, ice-cream, juice, or anything with lots of sugar in it.
2. I am giving up candy because it isn't good for you and it isn't good to eat it on a regular basis like I usually do. It also isn't good how much sugar you consume when you eat sugary foods or other delicious treats.(basically going a diet)
3. The challenge will be that I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth in the world. I LOVE sweet things. It is going to be hard to give up because I eat lots of sugar everyday.
4. I will try and overcome this challenge because I will stick to be healthy. I will also be able to over come it because I can have one sugary thing on Sunday. But I can still help by exercising.
