Meet Kelly, Our Pastry Chef!
Kelly Rice has been working with the bakery at Rensselaer Dining for the past 5 years. Her career started when she graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with a Baking and Pastry Degree in 2006. She has honed her skills at various bakeries and hotels but specializes in cake decorating. While at The Bread Basket Bakery in Saratoga Springs she ran their cake department and produced many wedding and specialty cakes. She is now able to bring her skill and knowledge to events throughout the RPI community.
