When looking at the state of any NCAA Division 1 athletics program, the goal of excellence every day demands success in multiple areas. For the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, the 2016-17 season resulted in the culmination of many strategic initiatives that reflected achievements on the field of play, in the classroom , in the community, and through infrastructure improvements, all of which were spurred on by record setting financial support and loyalty from our alumni and fans.

There is much to celebrate and relive following this past 2016-17 season, but the future is equally exciting as we review the state of our program.
