My Decision
On this day, I have made the following decisions about Jesus Christ
I have decided that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God.
I confess Jesus as my Lord and believe in my heart that God raised him from the dead.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. –Romans 10:9
I have turned from a life of sin and want to become a follower of Christ.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” –Matthew 28:19
