we had to get the right temperature of the steak. And cook the peppers the right way so they weren't too soggy or over cooked.
this one we had to get the right measurements of all the ingredients so that the sauce tasted right. and we had to toast the bread not burn it.
we had to cook the noodles so they were soft enough and not crunchy. we also had to cook the vegetables at the right temp for the right amount of time so they wouldn't be burnt or crunchy.
I want a really good chefs knife so i can cut easier and have more control over my knife. the one that i would like is $34.99.
