- Set out clear learning pathways to help you identify where you currently are and where you want to get to.
- Enable you to ‘own’ your own development and fulfill your potential.
- Provide a mixture of face-to-face and digital tools, working with both in-house and external experts.
- Be flexible, to take account of the different ways you like to learn and the time you have available.
- Be underpinned by a coaching approach to enable you to reflect on your learning and link it to experience and practice.
