I was struggling in the beginning when I see foods or sweets and more, but I told myself I am stronger than this and I will reach my goal this time.
Lose some weight, and change my lifestyle.
Tried my best to be committed to this challenge.
Face family unbelief in the goal.
Face boredom, depression.
Face body illness.
But again, go further
Through this trip "challenge" I learned how it is sad the surrounded will always upset you, ignoring is another key in this kind of hard long step.
Again, complete your goal, find a new way.
Finding new way is needed, the rhythm of this trip needs ups and downs.
Eventually, you will not imagine how this trip passes quickly and you found yourself grown, changed and learned a lot.
