  • STEP 1: Marinating The Fish
  • Make the marinade, put in bag with fish and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • STEP 2: Bake The Fish
  • After 30 minutes place fish on baking sheet and bake for ~10 minutes until fully cooked (145 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature). Break fish into large pieces for the tacos.
  • STEP 3: Make The Slaw
  • Chop up green onions and mix together with all other slaw ingredients in a large bowl
  • STEP 4: Make The Sauce
  • For the sauce, remove the avocado pit and scoop the inside into a blender or food processor along with the other remaining sauce ingredients. Blend everything together until smooth.
  • STEP 5: Prepare the tacos with fish, slaw and sauce on top. Enjoy!
