- STEP 1: Marinating The Fish
- Make the marinade, put in bag with fish and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- STEP 2: Bake The Fish
- After 30 minutes place fish on baking sheet and bake for ~10 minutes until fully cooked (145 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature). Break fish into large pieces for the tacos.
- STEP 3: Make The Slaw
- Chop up green onions and mix together with all other slaw ingredients in a large bowl
- STEP 4: Make The Sauce
- For the sauce, remove the avocado pit and scoop the inside into a blender or food processor along with the other remaining sauce ingredients. Blend everything together until smooth.
- STEP 5: Prepare the tacos with fish, slaw and sauce on top. Enjoy!
