FitnessGram Grades 2-5

The FitnessGram test is made up up 5 different physical tests that test Upper Body Strength, Core Strength, Flexibility, Cardiovascular Endurance. Students will perform Sit-ups, Push-ups, Trunk Lift, Sit and Reach, Body Mass Index, and either the Mile Run or the Pacer Test. Below you will find detailed videos of each of the 5 test and what is expected during each test.

The information presented to you below details what is considered to be the "Healthy Fitness Zone" for both boys and girls, ages 5-17.
