A Better Learning Environment Community Service in Shakopee Schools

When students in the Shakopee School District interact, they tend to tear each other down instead of encourage each other.

The tables in the cafeteria are filled with lonely students, cliques, and gossip.

These issues in the Shakopee School System create an unhealthy learning environment for the students.

The missing piece to this problem comes when students learn to work together.
The shakopee School board can implement A community service day that will unite the students to work towards a common goal.
At a young age, the elementary students will grow up learning to work together despite their differences.

The students will be comfortable to move from rows into circles as the community service demonstrates that they can have fun while learning and working together.

The service day will show students that they can work with peers outside of their cliques, creating a healthy learning environment.
