Harvard Dominates the Beanpot Finals

Despite a roaring Boston University fan base, the Terriers fell to the Harvard Crimson 6-3 in the annual Beanpot finals held at TD Garden.

The Terriers fell behind early but managed to get a 2-1 lead in the 2nd period. Penalties would prove to be the Terriers downfall as the Crimson were able to take advantage of several penalties to take the lead and never look back.

This is the first Beanpot finals victory for Harvard since 1993. Harvard's Nathan Krusko got the MVP title after scoring two goals in the match up.

Fans from BU filled the top section of TD garden

The Terriers will now look to regain their focus as they finish up regular season play in the Hockey East. Their next game will be Friday 17th against New Hampshire at 7 p.m. at Agganis Arena.
