2019 Recap NEW AND FAMILIAR BRANDS AND THE ADDITION OF HOTELS

New Brands

DUNKIN' DONUTS

Not a stranger to donut quick-serve restaurants – providing rollout engineering services to more than 200 Krispy Kreme sites over a seven-year span – Commercial Site Design partnered with corporate Dunkin’ Donuts to open a location in Asheboro, N.C. While this wasn’t the firm’s first Dunkin’ site, it's the first location that would materialize and eventually be built.

CULVER'S

A popular brand in the Midwest making a push into the Southeast, Commercial Site Design’s first Culver’s project was a partnership with a company offering design build. Commercial Site Design’s Culver’s project opened in Indian Train, N.C. during the second half of 2019.

LOCAL AND NATIONAL BRANDS CONTINUE TO GROW

Commercial Site Design has helped local and legacy brands expand their geographic footprints. The map doesn’t show all projects for 2019 but gives a good overview of the firm's capabilities. Commercial Site Design worked on sites in popular locations such as Raleigh, N.C., Columbus, Ga., Florence, S.C. Concord, N.C., Beaufort, S.C., Richmond, Va., Muscle Shoals, Ala., Athens, Ga., Atlanta, and more.
