Following the on the field coaching sessions there will be a coaches reception where you can meet and greet with the clinicians and hang out with your fellow coaches attending. Total cost this year, including everything, $20 paid at the door.

What

We all want to continue to learn from others about our game! We want to know the favorite exercises and coaching points of coaches who have a proven track record of developing better players and teams! Low cost, live, interactive coaching education is needed in America. Field sessions loaded with proven coaching methods and practice plans for youth coaches of all age groups. Enrollment will be limited by first come, first served online registration.

Why

The cost of furthering your coaching education in America has continued to climb. Currently, even getting accepted into coaching courses is difficult.

We are here to help with that! The clinic organizer is Bob Warming, head coach of NCAA Division 1 program Nebraska-Omaha and developer of the Triangle Training Method which is now being utilized in over 40 countries. We are eliminating the education problems with cost and the problems with access. We are committed to providing outstanding soccer coaching education through a free, annual clinic for youth, high school, and advanced level coaches.

Who is Presenting?

All three of our clinicians compete against each other in the game but are United in wanting to help all of us make soccer better in America. The presenters are known Nationally for their experience in coaching and player development. .

The Lineup Includes:

Bob Warming

Bob Warming - The clinic host, and new men’s head coach at Omaha. Two-time National Coach of the year in Division One. Record 28 conference championships won in career. Renowned as a developer of talent, Bob is the only coach in America to have at least one player drafted into MLS in 21 of 22 MLS drafts. He will give presentations of the Triangle Training Method that is now used in all 50 states and 40 countries.

Jason Mims

Newly named as the very first head coach of Omaha's new USL 1 Professional Soccer Franchise. Coach Mims has great experience in the daunting task of starting a highly successful program from inception. He started the new Omaha Men's Division 1 program in 2011. Jason has excelled as a player, youth coach, Division 1 assistant and head coach and has great insights on talent identification.

Johnny Torres

Named head coach of the Creighton program on November 12, 2018. Two-time National Player of the Year and Creighton Athletics Hall of Fame selection Johnny Torres completed his 12th season as an assistant coach on the Bluejay coaching staff in 2018, following a decade-long professional soccer career. Arguably the greatest soccer player in Creighton and Missouri Valley Conference history, Torres played for the Bluejays from 1994-97.

Torres claimed the National Assistant Coach of the Year honor from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America in January 2012. He was also named the NSCAA Midwest Region Assistant Coach of the Year recognition after the 2011 and 2012 seasons and Great Lakes Region Assistant Coach of the Year in 2015.

Torres, a member of the 2018 BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year, assisted the Bluejays to the conference regular-season title. A total of five players were selected to the all-conference teams, and both Sven Koenig (Offensive Player of the Year) and Joel Rydstrand (Midfielder of the Year) garnered major awards.
