Please make sure EVERY person in your team has signed our waiver as you can't compete without signing it. We will be emailing reminders to those who haven't, so look out for an email from Competition Corner or log in to your Competition Corner account. Please check your junk folder. If you're unsure, email freya@battlecancer.com

For last minute athlete changes there will be paper copies at registration on the day.

Last minute team changes

You can make any changes to your team through your account with Competition Corner up to two weeks before the event (25/01/20).

After that, team names, affiliates, divisions and t-shirts sizes cannot be changed. If a member of your team is unable to compete for any reason within two weeks of the event please just bring a replacement on the day. They'll be able to sign a paper copy of the waiver at registration.

Due to lead times, any team or athlete that enters after 25/1/20 will not be given a t-shirt.

From financial support, day to day support, expert care from nurses, providing free accommodation for families around the corner from hospitals and services for teens and young adults, CLIC Sargent raises awareness and funds for young people and their families.

Welfare & Conduct

On the day of the event we will have a team of first aiders on site just incase something goes wrong.

If you have any concerns or something goes wrong please let your judge know and they will be able to point you in the direction of a first aider. If you begin to feel unwell please don't suffer, tell a volunteer and we can be on hand to make sure you enjoy the day happy and healthy.

Are you an adaptive athlete or have movement restrictions? Just let one of our judges know and they'll be able to give you an alternative movement.

We kindly ask that your conduct matches the spirit of the day and that you show kindness to volunteers, staff and fellow athletes. Please follow instructions from staff and judges, adhere to timings and ensure any admin we ask to be completed is done so. We also ask that you avoid leaving any rubbish at the venue and use the bins provided.

Scoring

Once a scorecard has been signed by a team member, that team has accepted that score. We strongly recommend that you check your score(s) before signing a scorecard. If you have a query on your score, you can request to speak to the head judge of that arena, but only before signing the scorecard. Video, photos or any other media will not constitute grounds for changing or modifying a decision, score or entry made by an event judge.

Thank you for reading!

See you in Dublin! Good luck :)
