Welcome to my "Cool" Pictures Website. I am learning how to take pictures. Each post will have a new mission connected to the pictures. My mom and dad give me the missions and I take pictures from inside and outside my house. I hope you enjoy and have fun watching my photography skills grow.
Mission #1, Red.
Red is fascinating and my brother's favorite color but not mine. Raspberries are so delicious, very healthy and hard to take photos of because of their thorns. The picture of the tomato was our first successful tomato from our garden in the back yard. I like the blur on the math book because it makes it look like the pin wheel is spinning.
Mission #2, Red Sox
In honor of the Red Sox playing their first game in the 2020 season the theme was Red Sox!! My cousins helped me with this theme. I took some of the pictures and my cousin took some of the pictures. I am a BIG Red Sox fan but some of my cousins are Yankee fans because their father is from Brooklyn, NY. This theme and team are my favorite.
Mission #3, Fractions
In "new" school I have been learning about fractions. Fractions are hard to understand. My mom taught me that instead saying I have two pieces from one piece that you say, 1/2. Saying 1/3 is the same as saying I have three pieces from one piece and that 1/4 is having four pieces from one piece. I show fractions using my lunch, lego pieces and fridge magnets.
Can you spot the lego piece which we cut into 1/2 and 1/3? Next time I would use a brighter color lego when breaking about the piece. Because the lego was dark it is hard to see the pieces.
I turned one square into four squares. I started with 1 and then made 1/2, 1/3 and finally 1/4.
Mission #4, Alive
I was given the theme alive by wonderful Mr. Chris. My cousins and I went on a 2 mile walk in a park a few towns away. My cousins helped me take a lot of the pictures. We took pictures of things that are alive in the woods. We got one lucky picture of a snake!! The trees, flowers and bugs in the woods are all alive!

Mission #5, Around the Neighborhood in 2023
Now that Covid is over we can explore more places including our own neighborhood. These images were captured in the summer of 2023.
