A mix of Rice, Quinoa Seeds, Green Onion and Mozzarella Cheese. Rolled into a golf ball size. Coated with flour and egg then rolled in Panko breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown.

We boil chard in water with some salt. Chop it up, squeeze out moisture and add grated Parmesan or Swiss Cheese. Mix together and then fry until crispy brown

BQQ BEEF RIBS

We take grade A beef mixed with onion and chopped ginger. It is then marinated in soy sauce. Then they are then barbecued with our best sauces and served to you.

Chicken boiled with garlic cloves it is then salted and served chopped in our soup with green onions and beaten eggs.

ABALONE PORRIDGE

We clean and take out the intestines of our abalone. It is then fried and boiled with vegetables and served with fish sauce and eggs.

RED BEAN RICE CAKE

We use sweet red beans and rice flour and doused in sugar, to make this soft and delicious cake

CARAMALIZED SWEET POTATOES

We get two sweet potatoes. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over it. Our sweet potatoes is cooked and shaken. We zest Siemens oranges and sprinkle it over the potatoes.

We use ginger, dried jujubes, cinnamon sticks, and Asian pear to make this thirst quencher.
