States should ratify the constitution because it could be beneficial for them. It could be beneficial because the constitution could help them form a stronger government.
If the states ratify the constitution then there could most likely be more debates/ conflict between the states.
Also, if the states ratified the constitution then they could get more representatives which is beneficial for a the smaller states.
