Free Screening of Griefwalker

Free event in Denver on October 17th at an enchanted mansion with our favorite people. We will watch a movie called Griefwalker, drink good wine, and have deep convo. Fun times, right?

Meet us in the magical ballroom at the Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens for this event.

Grieflwalker is a lyrical, poetic portrait of Stephen Jenkinson’s work with dying people. Filmed over a twelve year period, Griefwalker shows Jenkinson in teaching sessions with doctors and nurses, in counselling sessions with dying people and their families, and in meditative and often frank exchanges with the film’s director while paddling a birch bark canoe about the origins and consequences of his ideas for how we live and die.

The bar will be open and the room will be filled with people interested in death, dying, healing, and the death positive movement. Conversation to follow. This isn’t a ticketed event, and the ballroom can hold about 90 people. PLEASE RSVP to Admin@UPathways.org
