Thanks, Obama, for understanding that women's rights are human rights. Thank you for constantly speaking to and acting on this. Thank you for understanding that all women are intelligent, passionate, and deserving of respect and the ability to make their own choices. Thank you for showing the world how to trust and respect all women, wives, and daughters. Thank you for working to make this nation a more equal place for women.
Thanks, Obama, for being compassionate. Thank you for finally opening up a dialogue about race relations in this nation and calling for equality. Thank you for making sure people's voices were heard. Thank you for mourning with Americans, empathizing with Americans, and then dusting off and working with Americans. Thank you, for being the first African-American President of the United States. You have been a truly presidential leader.
Thanks, Obama, for stable & secure health care. Thank you for making it possible for millions of Americans to have health insurance and receive healthcare who were previously unable. Thank you for advocating for those of a lower socio-economic status, without the ability to enact change for themselves.
Thanks, Obama, for giving America a much-needed dose of hope, and of change. Thank you for bringing so much good to this nation. Thank you for handling each hurdle with poise, grace and competence. Thank you for bringing humor to the table. Thank you for enacting positive change wherever possible. Thank you for being a feminist. Thank you for advocating for equality for all, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or socio-economic status. Thank you for having integrity and character.
