There are many things that you can do if you want to have a healthy life. For example: -You can drink more water

-You can eat more healthy food: Fruit and Vegetables.

-You can sleep 8 hours every day.

And you can practise more sport, For example: Basketball, handball, football, ping pong, tennis, etc...

When you do exercise you feel more relaxed and less estresse. Sports also helps you to keep fit.

Running is very good exercise and it helps you to stay energized.

It is very important in your daily routine include exercises like walking, running, going to the gym or any activity you enjoy.

What is your favourite sport?

My favourite sport is football because it makes my legs and my body very strong and flexible. All sports can make you stronger.
