  • The House of York was the English royal House of Plantegenet.
  • Richard, Duke of York - Father of Edward IV and Richard III, he began the war by defeating the Lancastrians and putting Henry VI in jail.

House of Lancaster

  • The House of Lancaster was the name of two cadet branches of the Royal House of Plantegenet.
  • Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick - He began the war on the side of the Yorks.
  • He later changed sides when he didn't like the way Edward IV was leading the country.

Henry VI vs Edward IV

  • Henry Vl
  • Henry Vl ruled England from 1422 to 1461 then took a brake then back at it 1470 to 1471.
  • His Father and Grand father wer exellent Kings when they were on the throne.
  • His Father and Granfather weren't good warriors kon the other hand which then they would lose wars.

Richard III-Guilty or Not

  • Richard is Not guilty
  • His enemies made it up to get him killed
  • He was known for being loyal to all
  • But knights and guards accused him for murder

Battle of Bosworth Field

  • King Richard lll didn't have a happy reign
  • During the battle Richard took a strike at Henry
  • They were on horse back until they were forced to get on foot

Henry Tudor and the House of Tudot

  • Henry didn't havea great hold on the throne
  • He came from a powerful family
  • He had a great grandson Edward lll
  • His grandmother was very smart and successful
