15 in Russia Riley Schott Class period:6

Russia is located in both the continents Asia and Europe. It is the world's largest country with a population of 143.5 million. A fun fact about Russia is that the main language is Russian, but there are also about 27 various languages spoken throughout the country Russia.

Being 15 in Russia is busy but/yet/and exciting, because of school and all the exciting things Russia has to offer.

Teenagers, in their free time, might… play the country's favorite sport of soccer, or follow up with the icy cold close second and thirds of ice hockey, or ice skating. 15 year olds in Russia also enjoy playing a game of cards, or sitting down to read a book.

Criteria from topic sentence written in chart above: Challenges for a 15 year old living in Russia are the expectations to do well in school due to the fact that their schooling system is very high ranked. The company Bloomberg ranked Russia’s Education as third in the world

The reasons life is stressful for students in Russia is because the education in Russia is very high ranked due to the company Bloomberg ranked Russia's education third in the world.

The reasons life is exciting for a 15 year old in Russia is due to the fact that they can play their country's favorite sport of soccer, play the nationally loved game of chess, play ice hockey, or skate, or simply read a book.

In Russia the level of stress on student’s minds is very very serious, due to the fact that their education is extremely high standards and they have the pressure to succeed academically. I have experienced joy that my parents understand that I am trying my hardest in school, and are not pressuring me to do amazing on everything, they just want me to understand it and succeed at a pace right for me.

I also have had the chance to experience what 15 year old’s in other countries do for their enjoyment. I have experienced how my generation in another culture lives, and had the amazing experience to learn that I like the way that my life functions and I would much rather have the life I live now, then to live in Russia.

Reasons that my empathetic reasons connect to my claim is because I love how I am free to learn and take my time and learn at my own pace, when the stress level in Russia is very high due to the pressure to succeed. I also enjoy American activities more then Russian ones.
