Inaugural Adobe Cycling Club Mountain Bike Ride Russian Ridge Open Space Preserve, March 17, 2017

The Adobe Bay Area Cycling Club had its inaugural mountain bike ride on March 17th at the Russian Ridge Open Space Preserve. The group of 10 riders was greeted with near perfect conditions. The weather was amazing, trails were in great condition, and everyone had a blast!

The first climb of the ride

Due to the heavy rains this past winter, most of the riders were feelings the effects of Heavy Leg Syndrome, which afflicts riders who remain dormant during the winter months. Even with the labored riding, everyone was simply happy to be out enjoying the company of others.

Just like in life, you will always come across forks in the road.
Front to back.
Suffering is best shared with others.
Naturally framed.

The goal of the Mountain Biking group is to introduce riders to new trails, to bring in new riders into the sport, and to provide opportunities for us to hang out together.

Hope you enjoyed the photos and see you soon!
