What is the Atmosphere? The atmosphere is a mixture of gases that surrounds a planet or moon, protects things on planets from the sun’s rays. There are 4 layers of the atmosphere (Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere,Thermosphere)
The Troposphere is the layer of the atmosphere closest to earth in which temperature decreases at a constant rate as altitude increases. The stratosphere is the layer of the atmosphere that is above the troposphere and in which temperature increases as altitude increases. Mesosphere is the layer of the atmosphere between the stratosphere and the thermosphere and in which temperature decrease as altitude increases.
Aerobic Organisms are organisms that can survive and grow in an oxygenated environment. In contrast, an anaerobic organism (anaerobe) is any organism that does not require oxygen for growth.
The GreenHouse Effect is when Light passes through the atmosphere then hits the earth, that light is absorbed and changed, the heat dissipates back to outer space; some heat is trapped by greenhouse gases and warms the earth
Global Warming is when temperature rises due to an increase in greenhouse gases; too much is being absorbed
