School Nutrition Program ~ On Tuesday April 20, 2021 the USDA issued further pandemic flexibilities for schools that support child nutrition programs nationwide. They announced that free meals and other meal service waivers have been extended through June 30, 2022. This allowance will ensure more students, whether on-site or virtual, continue to have access to free healthy meals for the entirety of the school year 2021-2022.

Cougar Cubs Preschool is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year. Please visit gcsc.k12.in.us to access our online application. On our website, you will also find a description of our program offerings and a link to our updated Family Handbook, which provides information about our philosophy, program goals, curriculum, assessment, and much more. The PTO is compiling a video of students and families expressing their appreciation for the Weston staff. We would love to receive more short videos from you to add to this! Please send your video to our PTO secretary at boilermakernurse@gmail.com today! This will be a sweet, personal way for the Weston staff to see how much they mean to you and your child. Your child could thank the people they see and work with each day, show a picture they’ve drawn and say thanks, or your family could let the staff know how much they appreciate the care and education that the staff works hard to provide each day.
