I would like to take this opportunity on December 31, 2019 to deliver my final words from the Chair!
Wow! Where has 365 days gone? As I reflect back on 2019, I have met so many new women and watched everyone become engaged. In addition, it warmed my heart to not only watch our chapter grow to 174 strong, but to see the passion and creativity put forth into all that we stand for - mentoring, networking, service, leading and professional growth! Accepting the Chapter Achievement Award along with the Newsletter award at the International conference this year in Denver was such an inspiring moment! YOU DID THIS!!
Everyone always says to me “Thank You” for being such a great leader! Please remember, it takes a tribe to make things happen, and it was all of YOU that has made THE 2019 Ohio WiNUP Chapter a success. It has truly been my pleasure to serve as your chair this past year! I greatly appreciate all that everyone has done to make this chapter a success.
Finally, continue to be engaged, find your passion and BE YOU! Being authentic is the key to success! And with that, I leave you with one of my favorite sayings from Dr. Seuss - "Today you are YOU that is TRUER than true. There is NO ONE alive who is Youer than YOU!"
