All funds raised benefit The West Plains Running Club. This organization is a 501C3 Private Foundation that operates to promote the sport of distance running in the youth of West Plains and the surrounding area. No salaries or funds are taken by any of the organizers or administrators of The Heart of the Ozarks Half Marathon. 100% of funds raised benefit local youth runners.
