Once Home For The Macon Braves

Macon is a small city located right smack dab in the middle of Georgia. It was once the home for the Major League Baseball farm team Macon Braves.

This is Luther Williams Field. The building is still standing. With a little remodeling and another team to go inside, Central City Park will come alive again.

Mercer University

Macon is the home to Mercer University, a prestigious college located just outside of downtown Macon. Mercer University is the home of two well respected collegiate sports teams. The Mercer Bears Basketball, Baseball and Football programs are growing.
