Marriage is Healthy By: Jordan Jones

Being married is 20 times more important to a person’s happiness than their earnings and 13 times more important than owning a home. Real happiness can't be objects in life, real love is that one person who really completes who and makes you a better person.
People who were never married were more than twice as likely to die early as people in a long-term relationship. The happiness and companionship that marriage brings helps with sadness and loneliness.
50% of married men find their sex life physically and emotionally fulfilling, compared to only 38% of co-habitating couples. One night stands isn't always as fulfilling as with your spouse. Sex with you companion is comfortable and familiar.
Married men earn between 10%-40% more than single men. They also receive promotions more frequently and earn more glowing performance reviews than their single co-workers. Men feel the responsibility to make sure their family is provided for.
It’s not just your physical health that marriage protects. It makes people far less likely to suffer mental health problems too. Depression is a huge mental problem that makes so many people hard to get to know or try to get close to. If many of these people get married and have someone who is there for them, it makes I all so much better.
