Arthur, King of the Britons Interactive History Show for the Summer of 2017

The Romans have abandoned Britannia to her fate.

Saxon invaders are harrying her shores, and village is pitted against village in the struggle to survive. From the chaos, a legendary leader emerges...

A famous legend set against an accurate historical background, 'Arthur, King of the Britons' brings history to life, as well as being a great end of term treat for the whole school.

“they loved the songs” “they came out buzzing”

Up to 30 audience members can join us for small parts on stage, making each performance unique and connected to its audience.

“we are always amazed at how well everyone joins in. It works so well being interactive”

Our Summer History Shows feature live music and real instruments played on stage, the wonderful immediacy of performance in-the-round, and lots of panto-style audience interaction!

“they all liked being near the actors as they got a better view”

'Arthur' features some embedded themes of ‘British Values’. A British Values Talking Points activity pack (aimed at primary schools) is included for follow up work.
