Apply for Services

  • Federal and state law requires all applicants seeking services as a student with a disability to supply the university with appropriate documentation verifying the nature of the disability and extent of the related functional impairment.
  • After you complete and submit the Application for Services and documentation, it can take one to two weeks for our office to contact you about the status of your application. If you qualify for services, they will send you an email and you will need to make an appointment with a councilor.
