Unit 2: Women's March on Washington Savannah Miller

On Saturday, January 21st, thousands gathered at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to march for women's rights.
With the Presidential Inaugaration being the day before, there were many anti-Trump protestors.
Many, however, still marched for women's equality in general.
Some marched for the protection of all humanity and our planet as a whole.
It was also reported that not a single arrest was made, whereas nearly 230 arrests were made the day before during anti-Trump protests.
