a personalized way to do homework How Technology can Make the Difference

Many students today use apps and it may be a good way to change how homework is assigned in the classroom.

Technology allows teachers and students know in real time how they are preforming in the class. The graph shown above represents how teachers are able to see how many students are reaching checkpoints. The second image illustrates how children from a young age use technology.

The solution is to have the state or school district make an app where the students could do their homework on and also compete with one another. Some aps already exist such as khan academy, Tophat, and others that provide students and teachers with information on how the students are doing in class.

Provides students and teachers with immediate feedback in class. This is accomplished through texting polls and clickers used within the class

Hands on learning allows students to learn better and helps the information become tangible. This is accomplished through the use of technology such as the SMART board.
